Summary Paragraph - 6th hour

In his presentation “Bullying and Autism” Anthoni Ianni explains

how one person overcame a disability and found success.  He was diagnosed with autism when he was four years old, just like one out of every sixty three children. Anthoni’s parents were told by a doctor that he would probably not go to college or play sports, and that he would most likely end up living in a group home for cognitively impaired adults.  Throughout grade school, he was bullied because he was autistic.  Frustrated, Anthoni decided to work hard so that he could be a success.  With his strong work ethic, Mister Ianni played basketball at Michigan State University where he was the first division one player to have autism.  After graduation, he got married and now has a two month old son.
